It's ONLY use I could see is for those doing a speed run, but even then you still have to get it randomly AND unless you have the map you won't know where the exit would be. Yes you get all your health back per stage, but you can't get any health during the stage which basically is just making your life harder for no good reason. The former isn't even increased by messy prescription and can't help you during the last two bosses. The latter can ealily be made more viable on a crit run but still helps even if you don't increase crit becaue you can get that health even during a boss fight. However while some of the normal relics won't be useful to your current build, generally they won't do things like reduce your health or incrase your damage taken while making your rocket uncrontrollably as you dash or make you move like a snail. But picking up a cursed object will generally be the end of a run shortly after since it screws your gameplay so much and you probably weren't built to take it's downside. Maybe if we had descriptions on what we were buying BEFORE you bought like most games would give you so you could make intelligent decisions this wouldn't be true. Double trouble being pretty much the only exception since on a high armor cloak/build the damage taken is managable while giving you double damage to dish out.
